Well, it’s thanksgiving and now its time to do some shopping. Everyone is standing in line, but it is incredible what you can buy online, so here is a list of best of’s:
- Big Agnes UL3 Tent. The Big Agnes 3UL is the lightest tent for 3 people that you can buy. It’s really for 2 people plus some room, but pretty cool. Just four pounds and weights less than most 2-person tents.
- Mountain Hardwear Lamina Sleeping bags. Mountain Hardwear seems to have some great things including the Dry-Q jackets and the Lamina bags. Long is needed if you are over 6 feet tall. Twentyclicks also liked it
- Mammot X-Shot Headlamps. The brightest headlight that I had used was the Petzl 90 lumen lamp. But randomly browsing, the Mammut X-Shot is a 200 lumen (wow!) light that is perfect for going cross country skiing and seeing everywhere.
