Nonstick skillets for omelets. I’ve used All Clad for years. Very expensive at $87 a throw and only lasts a few years. Cook’s Illustrated (subscription required) found T-Fal Professional Total Nonstick Fry Pan is just as good at 1/4 of the price although I still love the shape of the 8 inch All Clad 🙂 although they loved KitchenAid Gourmet Essentials Hard Anodized Nonstick Open French Skillet but unfortunately they don’t appear to make the 8″ anymore, just the 10″
